In occasione del Cinquecentenario della nascita dell'architetto pittore Giorgio Vasari (1511-1574), la Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco patrocina l'iniziativa, promossa dall'Università degli Studi eCampus, l'Università Roma Due, l'Università IUAV Venezia, la Tokyo University of the Arts, la Kanto Gakuin University e la Aichi Sangyo University.
Partecipa anche l'architetto giapponese Arata Isozaki. Il convegno si terrà a Tokyo (Giappone), presso l'Istituto Italiano di Cultura il 27 Maggio 2011.

Proposed in order to mark the fifth centenary of the birth of the architect and painter Giorgio Vasari (1511-1574), the Università  degli Studi eCampus, the Università Roma Due, the Università IUAV Venezia, the Tokyo University of the Arts, the Kanto Gakuin University, and the Aichi Sangyo University will be promoteing the conference The Uffizi by Giorgio Vasari: the Fabbrica and the Representation to be held in Tokyo (Japan), at the Italian Institute of Culture on May 27th  2011. The japanese architect Arata Isozaki will also be participating, and the Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco is one of the proud patrons of the initiative.
